Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions held a conference in Beijing to celebrate the "May Day" in 2021. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions honored the collectives and individuals who won the National May Day Labor Award and the "National Worker Pioneer". The performing arts management center of Usunhome Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. under the group was awarded the "National Worker Pioneer".

On April 30, the Federation of Trade Unions of Tibet Autonomous Region held a conference in Lhasa to celebrate the 2021 "May Day" International Labor Day and the National and Tibet May Day Labor Award and Worker Pioneer Award. Relevant leaders and representatives of Usunhome Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. were awarded the certificate of honor of "National Worker Pioneer".

In its commending decision, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions pointed out that in the extremely extraordinary year of 2020, workers across the country have given full play to the role of the main force of the working class, actively participated in the great practice of winning a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and combating poverty and made outstanding contributions. The Commendation aims to further enhance the sense of pride and mission of the working class in the new era, and foster a social atmosphere featuring glorious labor, lofty knowledge, precious talents and great creativity.
