A few days ago, Ministry of Science and Technology, Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, Office of the Central Leading Group for Cyberspace Affairs, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) jointly issued  "Administrative Measures on the Identification of National Cultural and Technological Integration Demonstration Bases (Trial)" , in which the identification, application criteria and the confirmation result of the base are clearly defined. These demonstration bases are divided into two categories, one is the clustering base, which can gather a batch of participants and enterprises related to cultural and technological integration, providing specific areas for infrastructure and public services for the integrating culture and technology development; the other is the single base. It gathers enterprises and institutions which has achieved outstanding achievements and maintains guiding and exemplary advantages in the field of cultural and technological integrating development.
