With Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) taking the lead, multiple departments introduce “Some Measures for Promoting Cross-Strait Economic and Cultural Exchange Cooperation" and its related 31 measures, aiming at accelerating the procedures of offering equal treatments for Taiwan-funded enterprises as the mainland enterprises in the areas of investment and economic cooperation. In terms of cultural going global, we support Taiwanese culture and art communities as well as individuals to participate in mainland China's overseas “Perceptions of China”, “Chinese Culture Year (Festival)”, “Happy Spring Festival” and other brand activities as well as the "Chinese Culture Going Global" Program. Eligible cross-strait cultural projects can be included in the resource library of the overseas Chinese cultural center project.
