On July 24, Wang Shibin, director of Chengdu Longquanshan Urban Forest Park Management Committee, visited Usunhome and exchanged ideas about the establishment of an international urban “meeting room”. Qiu Wei, chairman of both Usunhome and Usunhome Cultural Tourism Company Limited, together with Zhao Rengui, Party Secretary and Chief Expert of Usunhome Group , attended the meeting.

Chairman Qiu introduced Usunhome’s strategy of “combining asset-heavy and asset-light business models, fusing different fields and going global”at the colloquium. He also interpreted  Usunhome’s philoshophy that we show cultural treasures through cultural industry and confidence through good market performance. 

  “Whenever one piece of land is taken out, the participant shall shoulder the related responsibility.”Wang Shibin praised Usunhome’s whole industry chain model from project planning, implementation to operation, emphasizing that good planning should be handed over to a competent team and that planning and implementation cannot be separated. According to his introduction, Longquan Mountain is rich in cultural resources. He hoped that Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park could be built into a place for leisure and at the same time an international urban“meeting room”and that the historical developing process of Chengdu Plain could be taken into consideration in the planning and design, thus it can stand the test of time. He hoped to further deepen the communication with Usunhome on the future of Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park.
