On September 3, 2018, Leading Group Office for the Cultural System Reform and Cultural Industry of Chengdu issued “Decisions on the Identification of the First Batch of Cultural Creative Industrial Parks in Chengdu”. East Lake Music Talent Center, created by Usunhome Group, was recommended by cultural institutions in districts, county-level cities and counties and was selected as one of the first batch of cultural creative industrial parks in Chengdu after the field visits from the Chengdu Culture, Radio and TV, Press and Publication Bureau as well as Chengdu Culture Industry Office, expert review and public notice. Other 30 projects were also on the list. 

Situated at East Lake in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, this project aims to build an “one-stop” contemporary music, drama and art community gathering Usunhome Avant-garde Theatre, Cross-field Art Gallery, Co-working Space, Music Show Exchange Space and a drama school together. The project was entitled “Chengdu Music Industry Demonstration Center” in 2016.
