On the morning of February 1, Usunhome Group held the Annual Work Meeting for 2019, where attendees summarized and reviewed all the work done in 2018, analyzed the current situation and made plans for 2019. Qiu Wei, Chairman of Usunhome Group and of Usunhome Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., made an important speech. Other attendees included He Ping, co-founder and Vice Chairman of Usunhome Group & President of Usunhome Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., the senior management, and all the heads of the Group’s subsidiaries and affiliates.

Vice Chairman He Ping first analyzed the Group's business data in 2018 and then pointed out the problems in the work of its subsidiaries and affiliates. He requested all these companies to heighten the awareness of profit-making, meet all the targets set for 2019, keep a tight grip on the running costs, and put equal emphasis on revenue growth and spending cuts. He also ordered that the companies should draw up detailed plans for their targets, break down ambitious targets into doable, specific measures, and use the power of team work to pull them off.

Chairman Qiu Wei made crucial instructions on the work to be done in 2019. According to him, 2019 will be a turning point in the Group’s development. While it is consolidating its position as a top player in China’s cultural industries, how high it can fly in 2019, to a large extent, determines not only whether its business will achieve the expected explosive growth in 2020, but also the general pattern of its strategic development over the next 3-5 years. Thus, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, the staff should aim for their common goals, always put their mind to “Improving Project Operations and Intellectual Property Development” and put their work plans into actual practice so as to lay the foundations for the listing of Usunhome Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. and facilitate the rapid development of the Group.

The meeting concluded with the signing of 2019 Business Target Pledges between Chairman Qiu Wei and the heads of Usunhome Group’s subsidiaries and affiliates. The latter ones then expressed their strong determination to follow the Group’s guidelines in 2019, constantly come up with new ideas and methods, fully carry out all the plans and thus contribute to the fast growth of Usunhome Group.
