The rehearsal of the historical play "Princess Jincheng" has reached a whole new stage. This is another well-produced show about Tibetan culture presented by Usunhome Cultural Tourism. The entire team is making an all-out effort to polish the script, improve acting, finalize preparations for props and costumes, and finish constructing the theater. The play is scheduled to open in June in Princess Jincheng Theater inside Tibet Cultural, Creative and Tourism Industries Park. This will add to the variety of Tibet’s tourism, upgrade Tibet’s cultural tourism, and increase the sector’s capacity.

 

 

Since July 2018, Princess Jincheng has been rehearsed to a very intense schedule. The script has been discussed, revised and polished over and over. Having been trained hard to hone their skills in singing, lines, physical expressivity and acting, the cast have taken the performance to a new level. Still, to put on the best performance, they are still rehearsing full on. Director Shao Zehui supervises meticulously each and every aspect in this process, and is very strict with every actor’s performance. 

 

Construction of Princess Jincheng Theater is about to be completed. The sets, lighting and sound facilities have been improved and will soon come into use. It can accommodate an audience of over 1000. It is worth mentioning that Princess Jincheng uses China’s most advanced lifting and revolving stage, which will help to create more sensational audio-visual effects.
