2019 Usunhome Annual Meeting for Work Report and Recognition


On January 13th, 2019 Usunhome Annual Meeting was held for work report and recognition. Attendees included Mr. Qiu Wei, Chairman of Usunhome Group and Usunhome Cultural Tourism, Mr. He Ping, Co-Founder of Usunhome Group and President of Usunhome Cultural Tourism, heads of the Group’s departments and of its subsidiaries and affiliates and representatives of employees. Items on the agenda included speeches by employees, announcement of the Group’s organizational structure adjustment and personnel appointments and a ceremony granting awards like 2019 Annual Outstanding Employee. Chairman Qiu Wei delivered 2019 Usunhome annual  work report and laid out the plan for work in 2020. Vice Chairman He Ping made specific requirements accordingly for its implementation. 



Mr. Qiu Wei pointed out that the year 2019 was vital to the development of Usunhome. Although we made progress, we have to be aware of the problems. He called for each of us to exert concerted efforts to help the company to reach new heights. He also stressed that the year of 2020  could be a turning point in Usunhome’s transformation and pointed out the three priorities for work in 2020:      



1. Insist on the Group’s “combine asset-heavy and asset-light business models, fuse different fields, and go global” development strategy. The year of 2020 aims at strategic transformation and upgrading. Through taking the lead and expediting leapfrog development, we will strive to build Usunhome a top large-scale cultural tourism group for international market.

 

2. Implement the basic rules “Keep up spirits, strictly define the role & responsibilities, strengthen works in business operation, promote the project in a scientific way, enhance the team quality, and firmly adhere to anti-corruption”.     

 

3. Accomplish key missions such as “promoting strategic transformation and upgrading, enhancing organization, fully improving the ability to capital operating and creating advantage in creativity, doing solid work in daily operation and management, and fulfilling corporate social responsibility”.  


   


Mr. He Ping proposed specific requirements according to instructions by the chairman. He urged all to correct problems in 2019. In face of opportunities and challenges in 2020, we must explore new ways with new mindset and push forward the strategy of development and working arrangements to ensure that the goals and tasks for 2020 are completed with quality and efficiency.
